2. Description of Service

Autoza is an online marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of vehicles in Ireland. We provide a space where users can publish listings, search for vehicles, and communicate with one another.

We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the vehicles listed.

3. Account Registration

To use certain Autoza services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Posting Listings

By posting a listing on Autoza, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about the vehicle
• Not publish fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
• Only use images you have the right to use
• Comply with all applicable Irish laws relating to the sale of vehicles
• Update or remove your listing if the vehicle is no longer available

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate for any reason.

5. User Conduct

The following are prohibited:

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Publishing offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to access accounts or systems without authorisation
• Using bots, scripts, or unauthorised automation
• Scraping or extracting data from the platform without permission

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Autoza offers different subscription plans for dealerships. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile
• Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Autoza, including design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our express permission.

By posting content on Autoza, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

8. Trust Score

Autoza uses a Trust Score system to evaluate the reliability of users. This score is calculated based on various factors, including account verification, transaction history, reviews, and platform activity.

The Trust Score is informational and does not guarantee the absolute reliability of any user. Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

Autoza acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of the vehicles listed
• The accuracy of descriptions or information provided by users
• Transactions between users
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Losses or damages resulting from the use of the platform

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOZA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with another user, we encourage you to try to resolve it directly with that person. Autoza may facilitate communication but is not obligated to intervene in disputes between users.

Any dispute relating to these terms or the use of Autoza shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of important changes through a notice on the platform or by email.

Your continued use of Autoza after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You receive multiple reports from other users
• You fail to pay subscription fees

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
